Collection of correspondence of Nathanael Greene, 1775-1786.

The collection of Nathanael Greene's correspondence was assembled at the Huntington Library from pieces acquired at different occasions prior to 1927. The collection consists of the original correspondence of Nathanael Greene, largely with Robert Morris and Henry Lee, and more than 2600 copies of the military correspondence gathered by George Washington Greene.
